The Chamber’s Breakthrough Leaders initiative was created by the Chamber in 2016, and its mission is to connect El Paso’s driven leaders, encourage their collaboration on community initiatives, and to recognize their contributions. Much like other organizations, the Chamber is addressing perceived gaps in future succession and growing the next generation of leaders to ensure the longevity of the Chamber, its mission, and the community it serves. The Chamber feels that it is critical to begin and continue developing collaborative relationships of future leaders and to identify and address any gaps in leadership development among future leaders.
An annual event welcoming each class of the Sergeants Major Academy. We’re proud of our relationship with the local military community. We encourage soldiers to make use of both the event and the web page for valuable information on El Paso information and local statistics.
This biannual community development retreat brings El Paso business leaders together to exchange best practices as they relate to various community priorities.
