The Center for Workforce Preparedness and One Stop Business Resource Center are focused on developing and implementing employer-driven workforce initiatives and retaining and expanding El Paso’s small businesses.

The Center is a unique combination of public and private sector entities working together to give employers and employees a “one stop” center for workforce development and education in El Paso.

The Center, owned by the Chamber Foundation, was renovated with $2 million in funding from public and private sector entities. In addition, the One Stop Capital Shop is just that, a one-stop shop for small-business owners looking to grow and expand their business, as well as help individuals looking to start a business of their own.

The Center encompasses more than 96,000 square feet and houses organizations and companies working to expand and transform our surplus labor population into an employable workforce.
